Founded by Debbie Ricketts
Where legacy, science and artistry meet.
Debbie’s journey began in the 1970s as a cosmetologist at the beginning of the blow-dryer era. When allergies brought her hair career to a close, she discovered a new passion—skincare. At the time, aesthetics was virtually unknown outside of doctors’ offices, and the industry was driven by medications, not results.
Debbie became a pioneer, shifting the focus toward ingredient-based, process-driven solutions that deliver visible, lasting change.
As a lead trainer in the early aesthetics industry, Debbie taught cosmetologists to become estheticians, trained salon teams on advanced equipment and built a reputation for corrective work—from problem and aging skin to scar reduction, restoring confidence with every improvement.
